Speedo didnt change the cut/fit of them in the years she has been purchasing them. Speedo swim suit On: 2010-02-01 I have been buying this swim suit for about six years. The chlorine effects them - but otherwise I have liked what I bought. Speedo Aquatic Xtra Life Swimsuit On: 2010-02-01 This purchase was a gift for my wife. She was extremely pleased with Speedo Swimsuit. It was perfect. Speedo On: 2009-09-29 Having purchased several Speedo Conservative suits in the past I expected much the same. However, this suit does run a bit smaller that I expected so had to tug it on a bit. Too new to know how long it will last in the chlorinated water, but my other suits are not aquatic extra life and they lasted close to a year with at least weekly use. I am at the pool 7 times in 5 days for work/play for 30 minutes to 2 hours at a time. I have a different suit for each visit which is why my suits are generally worn only once or twice a week. I do love the styling on the conservative Speedos.Speedo Aquatic Xtra Life Lycra Moderate Ultraback Swimsuit great swimsuit On: 2009-09-26 It is risky to buy a swimsuit without trying it on, but I ordered this because I needed one right away for a water exercise class, and the stores had already put their winter clothes out. It fit perfectly! I wear a size 12 swimsuit, so I ordered the size 12, and it fits like a glove. The straps stay where they belong and the bottom does not ride up. It is not a particularly flattering style, but that does not matter. I wanted a suit that would be comfortable, and this one is! The Azure blue is gorgeous! I may buy another one, because the chlorine in indoor pools is hard on swimsuits. Great product On: 2009-08-29 These suits always fit well, hold up to daily use and I wont buy any other brand. I know Ive tried less expensive ones and they wear out before the season ends. bright and comfy On: 2009-05-21 This suit, while a conservative comfy style, is such a bright pretty red that I feel quite daring in it. Its lovely and well-made. Lap Swimmer On: 2009-05-01 Very well lined in black so it should last longer with constant exposure to the chlorine in the pool. Does not crawl up when I swim. I love it! Great product On: 2009-04-25 I love this suit, it works great for me. It does however run a little small compared to other swimsuits. i had to return it for a bigger size Good choice! On: 2009-04-15 This is a great swimsuit, I would advise getting a size larger than what you normally wear, they tend to run small. I was a bit confused between the moderate and the conservative, I would probably go with the moderate when I purchase my next one. Ill definately buy another one, I am happy with the suit. GREAT PRODUCT! On: 2009-04-02 This is a comfortable suit for serious swimmers. Cut is high in front and back with conservative leg. Material front and back has double thickness for longer wear. Straps in back are crossed. All as promised On: 2009-02-09 Great swimsuit, the tip that is sized large saved me a return. Great solid swimsuit, excellent merchant. Size/cut off for those not familiar with Speedo On: 2009-01-20 I have become a size 10 and am wishing to get back to an 8 (read: still wearing many of my size 8 pants, etc). However, when I got my size 10 of this suit, the leg holes were so small they really squeezed my legs (and my legs arent abnormally large), and the whole suit was just TOO small. I went to a sporting goods store after to try sizes and the 12 was correct, with no extra room to spare. Also, for those unfamiliar with the Speedo leg cuts, this conservative cut is REALLY low. I mean, when you put it on it really appears almost perfectly straight across - even with your crotch - not scooped up a bit as it appears in the photos. Again, at the actual store trying Speedos on, I discovered that their highest contemporary cut is actually still pretty moderate, i.e., my bikini underwear were completely covered up and then some when I was trying on these suits over them. In the end, the suit quality feels great so I still plan to buy Speedo but sizing and cut is not as one might expect. Excellent Fit On: 2008-12-09 This one does fit in all the right places and no need to adjust after your workout while coming out of the pool! Great swimsuit and quick delivery On: 2008-12-01 I have a hard time buying swimsuits, especially over the web, but this was just as I expected it from the description and it was received very quickly. Does the job well On: 2008-10-15 This is a very sturdy suit. I got it to wear for lap swimming. It is not fashionable, but I was not looking for that. It holds in all the right places and is comfortable to wear. It runs slightly small, so I would order the bigger size than what you wear in normal clothes. It has great bust support, even though it does not have a shelf bra, which I thought I would miss. There is nothing to tug at, slide down or crawl up. It is a great suit that does the job of a normal lap swimsuit very well. comfy suit that's all business for women of a certain age On: 2008-02-08 Great for lap swimming. Has a nice lining that keeps one from getting "head lights" in a cool pool; leg openings are not Brazilian style.
