I say okay because the parts were in a nasty used ziploc bag that looked like it came from someones basement. It was not very professional. I gave the bike rack to my boyfriend for Valentines Day. When he opened it up and tried to put it on his bike, two pieces were missing. Luckily, the pieces could be picked up at a hardware store, but I paid good money for this product and I am not happy with the results. I will never be buying anything off Amazon.com again. Surfboard Bike Rack  by: on: 12-Jan 2009 Cheap materials used(too cheap), too easy to remove and consequently possibly steal.So not safe enough to leave on bike.Definetively if you do not live in the USA do not buy ,as I spent a total of 102 euros(!) with shipping and customs(definitively too expensive for the item). Not the greatest!  by: on: 11-Aug 2007 I bought two sets, one for each of my twins beach cruisers. Be very careful. First of all the arm can easily be stolen. Very expensive to replace! Also, the screws do not stay tight. My son's rack slipped out and his board fell off as he was riding...not only was it extremely dangerous, but it also damaged his $500 surfboard.
